SIN is a DISEASE of the HEART. And it is a GENETIC disease at that.
(We have ALL inherited the disease of sin from the first man, our forefather, Adam; we have ALL been diagnosed as sinners through him.)
The common symptoms [fruit, manifestations or by-products] of this sinful disease are, but not limited to: homosexuality, porn addiction, fornication, adultery, idolatry, vanity, pride, envy, hate, deceit, prejudice, racism, gossip, backbiting, lying, stealing, unforgiveness, gluttony, greed, selfishness, rebellion, disobedience to parents, outbursts of wrath, drunkenness, etc. The symptoms go on and on.
This genetic disease called sin, when fully developed, will bring forth physical, spiritual and eternal death.
The PURE BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY ANTIDOTE for this genetic disease. There is no other cure. Only Jesus can take out the sin in our hearts and replace it with his righteousness. Without Jesus stepping in to give us a blood transfusion, we will all experience death.
