Davon Johnson is an ordained pastor, teacher, counselor, actor, author, poet, and blogger with a passion for faith, family, and helping others live with purpose. Born in Miami, raised in Atlanta, and now residing in Miami, Davon has been married to his wife, Deborah, since 2014 and is the proud father of one daughter.

He is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Religious Studies. Davon is also certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and serves as a Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist through Ascend.

Davon is the Founder and President of Transparent For Christ Movement, where he is committed to encouraging individuals to embrace authenticity, faith, personal growth, and purposeful living.

John Queen serves as Treasurer, bringing a background in organizational leadership, financial stewardship, operations, and community service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and has built his professional career in multifamily property management, where he leads complex property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, team development, and resident services.

John is also a graduate of the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP), which prepares community leaders for effective nonprofit board service and governance. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation through The American College of Financial Services, further developing his expertise in financial planning, risk management, retirement planning, and helping individuals and families build greater financial stability.

Beyond his professional career, John is an ordained minister and serves on the Board of Rehoboth Jacksonville. His ministry and community work reflect a deep commitment to leadership development, mentorship, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for people and communities to thrive.

John is passionate about responsible stewardship, sound organizational leadership, financial education, and using his experience to help mission-driven organizations turn vision into sustainable impact. He is a newlywed and enjoys building life, purpose, and ministry alongside his wife, Carlisa.

Jashawn Washington is a devoted servant of God, educator, entrepreneur, and ministry leader with a heart for serving people and advancing the Kingdom of God. He is passionate about encouraging others, strengthening families, supporting youth, and helping people discover their purpose in Christ.

Professionally, Jashawn serves in education, working with students with exceptional needs, while also using his entrepreneurial gifts through Washington’s Clean & Care Solutions, LLC, where he provides cleaning and care services with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

His passion for ministry is rooted in a desire to be transparent in faith, authentic in service, showing up for one another and intentional in representing Christ. Through his gifts, testimony, and willingness to serve, Jashawn seeks to demonstrate that ministry is not limited to a pulpit—it is reflected in how we love, serve, encourage, and impact others every day.

Married, going on 6 years to his high school sweetheart, La’Quada Washington; with whom he share three children with.
