A Call For Reconciliation

Testimony!!!!

So, I work at the call center for my university, and a woman called the university and asked me to transfer her to the admissions office, because she wants to transfer here from another college. Right before I got ready to transfer her call, I felt led to say, “God bless you.” And I usually never say that before I transfer calls. Then the woman said, “THANK YOU! Thank you soooo much.” I replied, “You’re welcome. Jesus loves you.” Then she said, “Thank you! I really, really needed to hear that. You have no idea!!!! I need to know that Jesus still loves me and that he has not forsaken me.”

This lady began to open up and confess her whole life to me, about how she was a victim of domestic violence from her own husband, how she went through with getting a divorce, how she met this new guy at her job, and how she entered into a fornicating relationship with him because she is looking for love and comfort. She feels like she is far away from the love of God, and she is so full of guilt and can’t sleep at night. She said she keeps seeing visions of the death angel and fears that God is so mad with her that he is going to cast her into hell.

I began to minister hope to her on the phone. I told her that there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ. I reassured her that God loves her despite her sins and that nothing can separate her from the love of God. I also encouraged her to repent from her sins so that she may return to right standings with God. I started to pray for grace and mercy, and I prayed the death and tormenting spirit off her. She began to repent over the phone and said she could feel the Holy Spirit stirring up inside of her as I was sharing the word of God with her. She began to confess over the phone that she wanted to be free, she wanted to stop sinning against God and she wanted to live a life that was pleasing to God!

Man!!! God loves his daughter so much, he chose today to speak life and encouragement into her spirit! She thought she was calling to get admitted into the school, but she ended up calling to get reconciled back to God! I’m humbled to know that God chose to use me to impart into her! I don’t know her and wasn’t expecting to minister to her on the phone, but that’s why the Bible says in 2 Timothy 4:2, “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction.”

God can use you anywhere: work, school, gym, grocery store, etc… But he needs some yielded vessels who will labor for him. People in this world are hurt, broken and lost. And we, who are the children of God, have the answer to their problem: Jesus!!!! Let us be the light of the world and lead souls to Christ! ‪#‎KingdomBusiness‬ ‪#‎SoulWinner‬ ‪#‎FisherOfMen‬
